This year's event was a great success with special guest panellists, Lish Fejer (Co-presenter ABC's Carbon Cops), Tracey Wichham MBE and young leaders in community service and environmental practice.
At t he event over 350 young leaders from 30 schools attended.
Dawn Lang, Principal of A B Paterson College said of 2008,
"Just wanted to congratulate you on a splendid dinner arrangement and programme to open the festival this year, and also on the events that followed. Our girls who entered the Youth Leadership awards and those who attended the breakfast were most impressed and inspired.
That of course, is what it is all about. I know you have major hurdles to overcome each year and yet you mange to pull it off and each year it gets better and better.
